Default Resupply Ships Fixed?

Just a question as I'm wondering whether to take Operation Drumbeat or the Arctic Convoys campaign.. Drumbeat was a waste of time last time I tried because I was constantly running out of fuel.. any clues as to whether the resupply boats have been fixed?

It would be a good thing- has anyone ever been re supplied in a campaign?
I am not sure this part of the game is actually scripted at all and maybe is due to be added as part of a future add on?

It would be a very useful addition to the game for sure.

Resupply works here in Drumbeat for the first mission (50k tons). It was a ship not a sub but it works.
Now I'm at second mission and I hope I'll have a resupply too. Otherwise I'm screwed.
