OK what's going on here? I finished my 1st patrol and I couldn't move after the cut scene dialogue. I pressed ESC and ended up inside the sub with no mission briefing.

I think a mod changes it and you have to use the key board arrow keys to move the mission briefing map around .

Well I relaoded the save game and it came back normal.
