Single Missions

Just finished a war career and ended up as an high rank then industrialist. I decided to have a go at single missions and took on the Yamato in Kure harbour. I got past patrols, cargo vessels, fishing boats and anchored main line ships near Hiroshima, resting at day, dashing at night and arrived outside the harbour wall at Kure. Got into position and raised the scope - no Yamato!! The map showed the symbol clearly and I was right on the dot, but no bloody battleship!!

It was hiding behind the roses.!

Retry the mission go straight for the objective. No targets of opportunity!!!

And report back!

The only thing I took out were two fishing boats out in the front bay, in the ocean, I avoided all shipping and targets on the way in.

If there are other port facilities near by check them out too. When I played the mission the Yamato was there.

Nearest was Hiroshima in a different bay.
