I keep getting transferred out of Pengang

My game be hatin' on me.

I started a new career with the 10th out of Pengang, with the Indian Ocean Campaign Files enabled in JSGME. First patrol went fine and I started out from same base on the subsequent patrol with no problem. After that, though, everything went haywire. Now when I load a new patrol I get two radio messages:

-Flotilla disabanded. Transferred to 1st Flotilla.
-Base changed to (wherever the 1st is based in late '43)

I can complete a patrol out of Pengang with no problems, but once I exit from the patrol summary I find myself based in France instead of Pengang, and I have to request a transfer to get everything back in order again.

How do I start a new career in the Indian Ocean without getting transferred to Europe after every patrol?

Vitals:

Indian Ocean Campaign Files enabled

Have you tried starting a career in Sept/Oct 43 in 10th Flotilla using Commander?

Yes, I made sure to start this career on September 1943 thru Commander.

In any of my other careers in the Atlantic I get the same radio messages as soon as I've completed a patrol with any Flot. other than the 1st, and always get "transferred" to 1st Flotilla, but my actual base doesn't change. For some reason now that I'm in the Indian Ocean I get both the transfer orders and teleported to Brest.

Could having historic uboat dates unchecked in Commander be the problem?

Quite possibly....I'd put it down to that or you haven't downloaded the Commander CFG or a faulty installation.

Sorry but that is as much as I can think of....I've never experienced this phenonema personally.
