Try saving and reloading and odering silent running.

This bug has been around since SH3.

Saving doesn't help, but I'll have to try the silent running thing

Seriously, I've had the same problem and I just turned the speech volume down in the settings menu. Not like they have much to tell me "Konvoi gesichtet!"
