I started with an easy level to get my feet wet in SH5. My progress was being saved by the game so I thought why not try a higher difficultly level and created a new character. After an autosave I exited. I thought things would be similar to SH3,4 and I could switch back and forth.
After progressing with the new character I exited and was hoping to continue my career with the previous character. My previous progress for the first character was lost. Obviously the autosaves overwrite each other. I suppose I have to manually saved in order to save progrees for a particular character. ![]() Its probably best to save after each autosave if you are going to work your way through the campaign in this manner. I retrspect I guess the game is similar to previous versions its just the autosave that gets in the way. Is there a way to turn off autosaves? ![]() |

You can't turn off Autosave and you really shouldn't use autosaves as your only saves. To switch campaigns though simply Load a save from that campaign.
