What base to be in to get type XXI earliest?

So what flotilla do I want to be in to get the earliest shot at a type XXI?

The 11th Flotilla at Bergen, I think!

As I understand it, whether in stock with SH3C or GWX, the 11th at Bergen is your only choice for a Type XXI command. Ask me in about three years.

11th, and i think you get it in april.

There is also a modby Wreford Brown that enables the XXI in all years and from any Flotilla.
