Merchant shipping lane map and compass overlay?

Anyone have a link to the WWII merchant shipping lane map? I remember seeing it when searching for something else.

Also, where can I get the large compass overlay to use in the nav map for V1.5? Ideally it could run w/ the RFB.

The compass bearing tool can be found in the DL section, there are several depending on your screen resolution.
