Quick Q?

Setting up the game , I went to the Setting Screen and ticked everything bar 2 , I kept auto aiming on and map contacts.

But after that when I go into the game to start it I get choice to start at Germany or Atlantic and there the default settng is MED, does that reset the "Setting" I put in the game set up screen , same if I pick High does that change the settings ?

The settings you choose at the menu affect the single mission difficulty settings. When you start a campaign, you get a general choice of easy/medium/hard/very hard and that sets default options for that difficulty setting, which you can then refine when you are in the sub pen, by pressing escape and setting the individual options there.
