[REQ] location of graphics for help screen (F1)

I'm muddling with my commands.cfg file and would like to map my additions to the Help screen which is brought up with the F1 key. Pardon the nub question, but where do I find this file and how do I edit the graphics?

data/Menu/Gui/keyboard_binds.dds
data/Menu/Gui/keyboard_binds.dds

Well it is quite difficult to edit that file, but I have recreated them in photoshop, I can upload those two files in psd format so that you can edit them and convert them to dds.

Preview:

I have just edited gramophone and radio, as for the rest I use voice commands. If you have specific requests on keys, maybe I can edit it for you

I have used lots of layers, on for each button so that I can change their colors easily..try it out
