Themes/Icons/Screen Savers

I'm in the mood to make an Apperature Science, Black Mesa, and Umbrella Corporation themes for my laptop. Which uses Windows 7. For Each I'd like to have the following
A Wallpaper - Which I can get for myself
A Screen saver- I would like links on how to make them, for the Umbrella theme I'd like to have a 3D Umbrella Logo that rotates. I wouldn't mind modeling said logo myself. I just want to know what programs I need to make a 3D logo and then to make a screensaver of that logo rotating.
A custom Bootskin- I would like links or a program that can change Windows 7 bootskins
A custom Log on screen - Links or programs on how to change
A custom set of icons - Programs or links how to on how to create
A custom start button - program or links.

If anyone can give me links to the above it would be much appreciated. After I'm done creating them, I'll put up links so others can download.

I'd google all this, but I want trusted websites/programs.

Just know Bootskin from Stardock: http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/

Should find what you need for custom bootskin there.

For a screen saver I use one that plays AVI files, such as:

Plenty around! what I did was to convert the original FarCry background theme from BIK to AVI, it's rather big (308meg) but runs smooth as silk!!

AstonShell 2.0
I use to use Aston 1.9, Aston 2 works with Windows 7, there's a demo u can try out for 30days. Full version is $29. Theres also a Aston 2 Secured version yet its just gives you admin rights to lock it etc.,
