Default "New Construction" Campaigns

I suppose this would be a request, but I want to see the reaction first.

One thing I always liked about TMO was the "new construction" campaigns. Having since migrated to RFB (Sorry Ducimus, TMO was great but not my cup of tea, right tea, too much sugar and chance of sudden unexpected death)

But I was wondering how hard it would be to integrate these campaign options into RFB. I think it would be a nice addition, instead of an escort flying a japanese flag perhaps set up some kind of target merchant (I remember the missions very vaguely) running the same course. I dont think that would be too hard to consider it an addition to the realism. Besides, from that there is a chance to build up a little crew experience before heading to war.

I wanted to see what it would take, I was thinking of doing it myself but there's too many things I could mess up.
