![]() I have been having some problems with SH4 (using version 1.5 with TMO 1.9, Windows XP) and tried to uninstall the entire game and then reinstall it. I have tried to uninstall it through the Ubisoft game menu, through the game disc and lastly through the control panel add/remove programs all without success. Each time I tried to uninstall through these different methods, I have gotten the same message “ setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.” What should I do next? I am not very good with computers and do not want to take a chance in messing anything up by deleting the Ubisoft SH4 game file, unless I have to. I do have SH3 installed which is working well. Since I mostly play SH4, I do not want to do anything that I will regret down the road before checking with those more knowledgeable. Any comments or suggested would be greatly appreciated! Best regards. |

Not sure if this'll help but maybe remove TMO first before uninstalling SH4? |

Go into the MY DOCUMENT folder and delete the SH4 folders found in there. Do a file search for any left over SH4 folders and delete them. You should be able to reinstall after that.
