Default Donation Narwhal eliminates all deck guns?

Using TMO 1.9 and RSRD. Seems no matter what order I install (JSGME) Narwal, deck guns for other classes are now missing.Remove the Narwal mod and they come back. I'm sure it's something I am fat-fingering. Has anyone had a similar problem or a suggestion for a fix?
Thanks in advance-

The Donation Narwhal as well as a lot of modded ships/subs edit the UpgradePacks.upc and Weapons.upc. And these files are being overwritten by the Narwhal MOD OR the Narwhal ones are being overwritten by the other MODS...depending which order you install them.

The solution is a Narwhal MOD that combines the files to make it compatible. What creates the problem is making a MOD that is compatible with any combination of MODs you may decide to use. If you use stock it is one, use TMO it is another, use RSRD it is another, use TMO AND RSRD it is another. Now throw in another MOD and more combinations come into play. The more MODs involved the more solutions you need.

It still shouldn't be an issue though because the Narwhal mod still has the stuff for the other subs. It just *adds* the equipment for the Narwhal. The guns for other subs should not be missing.

It actually does not just 'add' the Narwhal guns, it replaces the entire UpgradePacks.upc and Weapons.upc, so it depends on what the other two MODS have changed in there.
I did a quick "Winmerge" comparison and several of the Upgrade "Types" are different, which would cause them not to show.
