Unlock Uboats and equipments

Hi.

It's been awhile since I've played SH5 and felt like playing a bit again. But I would like to play from the beginning of the campaign with all uboats and all equipment unlocked from the first moment.

Can anyone recommend a tool or mod to make this work for me?

what uboats you are talkin about? VIIC/41 ok? IX or XXI no way!
