Default A Big Thank You

I do not know if this has already been done but i for one would like to say a BIG thanks to all you Modders that to be honest have done Ubisofts job and made a medeocre game a whole lot more fun.
The hours you people have put in making this game playable and enjoyable must be staggering (Not being able to do the Mods myself)
I think the whole Subsim community owes you a debt of gratitude
Keep up this amazing work guys and long may you reign supreme

So true!

SH5 is what you could call a (solid?) foundation for the creatives here to work wonders on.

So far, in a very short space of time I'm sure most would agree, the modders have come up trumps.

Top work guys- and thanks +1

I agree that the game is a great basis but i get so fed up with games being released 3/4 done I have been part of Silent Hunter since Version 1 and have enjoyed the whole idea. Just a shame it wasn't released as it was advertised. Still you cannot have it all.
This is meant to praise the efforts of the band of Modders who give up their time for nothing to help us poor gammers enjoy it much more than its release edition

I have stated this all the time but the modders work, time and patience is very much appreciated here.
They have turned the game around for me and in such a small space of time.
I hope that once ubisoft has fixed and released the last patch a team of modders could and hopefully would make a supermod to put this game at the top of my, never delete fro HDD list.
Up there with half life2, falcon allied force and deus ex

yes, the more I get into it, the more I am impressed by this game.

The developpers have made many improvements to the game code which we keep discovering. The modders have done outstanding work so far and it is just the beginning. SH5 will quickly become the new standard in submarine simulations.

That's how I feel about it too B-R.
I still can't believe how amaing it looks to sit on the top of the atlantic on the CT and stand and watch the waves with the V2 cloud mod from the mod list, apologies to the modders name that has skipped me.
I was doing that last night and my wife came in to say goodnight and she thought I was watching something on TV.
Every time I play it I come away glad that I did even with the bugs.
I just hope that the devs are REALLY busy fixing it and hopefully the first patch will be a BIG one.

Ubi... Here here is a half finished painting for sale only xx dollars.

Ohhhh the community snarfs it up "Hope the modders can complete the painting".

Thats pretty much it in a nutshell.

Fortunatly the modders are talented artists and have already addressed the vast majority of my complaints.
