Repair times in GWX 3

I am using SH3 + GWX 3
And I am a bit annoyed with repair times.

Flooding is sometimes way too fast (a whole compartement being filled in 1 or 2 minutes) and repair times are a bit ridiculous. I took a depth charge that removed 88 % of my hull and killed 3 guys in the bow compartement, the flooding time was 2 min 30 and it took less than 1 min 40 to have it fixed.
I am really annoyed with 10 seconds, 30 seconds repair time all around each time I get hit.

Is there a mod or something to get out of GWX repair times that are a bit more realistic ? Longer time for flood, much longer time for repairs to happen ? Heavily damaged parts requiring HOURS for repairs instead of minutes ?

you can find the "longer repair-time"-mod in the second page of the gameplay-mods of SH3.
