i wonder if these two mods function together

I just wonder if these two mods work together:

darkwraiths [REL] Old Style SH Controls (familiar 3 dials) for UI

and

church subsims [REL] Church's SHV 1.1 Key Commands and F1 Help Layout

because after reading darkwraiths post, Im not sure if it touch or does not touch keycommands.
