Official meet dates

When is this happening? I've heard some time in Sept. Jeff has booked a hotel a day early for Sept 22nd, but I haven't heard of any official date being determined by the "powers what be".

Now maybe I've missed the post saying when this is gonna happen but if so then the word needs to be put out more clearly so folks can make vacation, flight, hotel and other arrangements.

Times getting short for those things, especially for those coming from overseas.

There was a post saying Sept 23-26 but nothing has been said in a while. I booked the room but I can get a refund on that but have not booked a flight as I can not get a refund on that. I would like to see something from Neal soon.

Hi guys,

I think we floated the dates Sept 23-26, Thurs -Sun, and no one objected, so let's lock that in as the official date spread.

I will contact the local hosts today via PM and see about setting the agenda.
