Sub Command

Hello everyone,
I am a new member. I recently found my old favorite subsims 688 and Sub commander. I tried installing them but they will not run on a windows 7 64 bit OS platform. I tried using the patch and still no go. Also I understand there was a sequel Dangerous Waters I don’t have. Will I have trouble running that also? I would appreciate any help on locating download patches I need .
