Default [REQ] Animated Torp reloading from external reserve

I thought this would be animated. I can remember hardly, the Q&A says something bout this.
But the external torpedoes are reloaded really fast, without animation..

Is this possible to make?

REALLY fast. I waited for a nice calm night to do this the first time, started it and turned my head for a minute. I was stunned when I looked back and it was already completed.

I would be happy with 20-40 minute transfer times, but the animation would certainly be sweet gravy.

The transfer is done in only 1 second. Just another epic-fail from UBI-Saft!
We need the correct times and a nice animation too.

Greetings!
