[Solved] Custom Campaign Realism Settings

[ATR-42]

when you start a campaign your realism settings will be overridden with a predefined set based on the difficulty setting you select.

to tune your realism settings start your campaign under whatever setting you desire. Save the game.

Go to...
My Documents > SH5 > data > cfg > saveGames > xxxxxxx <-folder name

my xxxxx happened to be all zeros, it was the only saved game i had YMMV based on number of saved games, id recommend the most recent

under that folder find "GameplaySettings.cfg"
simply open it with notepad and change your desired settings using 'true' 'false'

save and relaunch

the above will work mid patrol but the correct way to do this is while your in the sub pen, simply hit escape and set the settings from the menu, they will be applied from there.
