How to Fix the Black Screen Fade out / in bug!

I have tried almost everything and this ugly bug kept popping up its head and ruining the gameplay every minute or so while in the pens and in the sub interior.

I have tried turning AA all the way down in the game - no luck.

then it occurred to me to check the NVIDIA control panel for the global AA setting.

turn it OFF - every reference to AA should be set OFF in the NVIDIA control panel.

AA has never really been right in the SH series, so we shouldnt be surprised here... with AA set to off this problem has vanished completely.
