Default Convoys SS 44..

Here's just a few Bubble that I had loaded. Most I need to upload to photobucket, cuz I just use em for myself, but will load tomorrow, but thought I would load a few. Anyone else find good convoys, post your SS so others can find them.

This is the Java Inv. Force..It has over 50 ships, maybe largest. I've got a better one of it showing contacts, but this one has the date.

Same group, as the battle progresses..

Before the battle of phillippines sea, all the capital ships sit lined up in one long row with no escorts in Tawi Tawi..water is shallow and planes will kill you during the day...they also attack at night, but no problems. You'll find both Yamato class, 2 Hiryu's and rest are carrier escorts...so if you like to harbor rape.

Beginning of war out of Manila, often you'll get a patrol to the far side near San Bern...I never found crap in that zone..until...It was after patrol was over, but I found the invasion force...had at least 4 Chistose in it.

Geesh, bet I have 200 SS's like this...have to do for awhile.

I"m TMO...I guess we should ask Lurker if the traffic is different..I would think not, because it's historically correct...

I opened up RSRD campaign files for both TMO and RFB and can see no real difference in traffic patterns, i think its same for TMO and RFB versions, prob has to to remain historically accurate.

Armistead, have you been on any patrols in the Sea of Okhotsk, any convoys encountered? My next patrol in May 1944 is the Sea of Okhotsk, hopefully will find a convoy.

Last patrol I sank three ships, all loners though.Havent been depth charged in a while, ehhh.

Sorry I need to get into the habit of ss before attacking. This convoy was packed close together so it was hard to miss with the fish. In the confusion I'm not sure if I missed one Maru and hit another or if the first one exploding blew the other up but I got credit for them which would be unusual, normally credit is not given if you don't hit em'

Heading SSE Slow no DD's only minesweepers and subchaser's escorting

THe best ones you can find RSRD in Formosa 44 and 45, shallow water and nothing but Type AB escorts with 6 Y guns...lucky if you survive.

Another Battle of Philippines Sea..best in the game.

Are you using RSRD mod. If corrects all the convoys, so you'll run into correct convoys...and big ones.

You have some serious mod soup, not sure if it would effect convoy layers.

Since I don't have it in my face, but as I recall...get rid of the lite fog slow water, that is for real env.
Some run real env with 1.9, but I'm not so sure it doesn't mess with the sensors, since Duc tunes them to his weather conditions.

Get rid of all webs mods that aren't stated for TMO 1.9, most are for stock 1.5

Not sure if any of the RUIM works with TMO, maybe some others know.

Not sure if ship pack works with current RSRD..most ships have to be added in RSRD, so if they're included in RSRD, you could overwrite them and mess up how those ships are configured with RSRD. Not to mention they wont show up in RSRD, although some may in stock...I'll have to check that one out. Most extra ships I use I have to add to the game so they show up in the ID book. EDIT...Doe's seem to work fine with RSRD, all show up in ID book.

If you're running RSRD correctly, if you use these convoys shown, just be there and they should show up unless you have fubared the campaign layers. Lurker redid about 1000 convoys and I probably have found 100 very large ones.
