SH4 1.5 patch ??

hey yall ,
i keep seeing this mention of a sh4 1.5 patch but cant seem to find it anywhere.

any ideas ?

It's also known as the U-boat missions add on. If you got the game with the u-boat missions, you've already got it. Otherwise, you'll need to purchase it.

I will be installing a legal copy of SH Gold this week sometime.....When I get done will I have to run the game with the cd in the drive?

Since I laid down the patch and saber I have a new learning curve to hurdle.....Ships.

I don't believe you should. One of the patches along the way removed the need for the disc in the drive. Took me a while to notice that, I just kept the disc in there.

I hear even SH3 got rid of the need for the disc.

It's true: SH4 Gold and the newer releases of SH3 do NOT require the disc in the drive. I play both without.
