Which addon for Uboat play in SH 4 ?

I am trying to find a good addon for Uboat play in SH 4.
I find the Uboat more fun to play.
I got the SH4 game + I bought the Uboat missions and I would like to install a nice mod to improve the Uboat side of the gameplay.

I am downloading Operation Monsum + I already installed the mod manager but I am a bit lost. I found the "ATO" forum but I have no idea what ATO does mean, and I don't really know what to install. It seems operation Monsum is what I need but I am not really sure.

I am also considering buying SH3 just to play Uboats only is that a good idea ?

Operation Monsun + OMEGU together make a fine U boat campaign covering the whole war. I can heartily recommend this mod combo, Lurker has done a fine job here.

Various models of the Type II, VII and IX available.

ATO means Atlantic Theater of Operations (the U Boat War!)
As opposed to the PTO. Pacific yada yada (US fleet boats)
