GWX problem

I have GWX 3.0 and I am using JSGME and sh3 commander.
When I load a game I always have XII type sub and keep getting errors I change the sub type in Commander but it will still be Type XII..

Any Ideas? Reinstalling is not an option as It is a Steam download and I am now on limited downloads....

Your JSGME mod list please. Might help some of us decipher something thats messing with GWX

Even with no mods in the list it is still doing it. IE No mods installed.

More details please... If i understand even stock vanilla sh3 is not working? And there is no type XII in this game

Have you started a mission yet?
I've had it occasionally when the mission screen shows a type VII when it should be an IX, but on loading the game it seems to correct itself.

I did a windows Restore for a few days before the problems started. It is working now but the ingame screens are screwed up playable but not right. On the compass Zero is actually 20 degrees. some of the screens do not match up.
