Help needed upgrades

Hi Guys, I just intalled win 7 and lost all my SH3 game files for my campaign game in the legue i play with. I have reinstalled everything and it works ok, the problem is my boat had all the 1942 upgrades on my IXB. Is there a way i can start my game with these already loaded, so i dont have to go through time in port upgrading everything again?
