Default Bizarre loading bug

Hi folks. I recently picked up SH4 and I have been finding the mod community to be amazing- I can finally build the subsim I always wanted to play! One really strange thing has been happening, though, which is that a saved game that looks like this the first time I load it:

Looks like this the next time I try to load it:

Might be hard to see, but note the following:
-contact has disappeared
-all drawing on the map has disappeared
-it's now day (!!!) despite time not changing (00:22 if its not legible)
-course has been altered

This is annoying, although it's not critical, because when I quit out of the game, start the program again, and load the save, everything's back to normal... until the next time I try to load, when I have to exit/enter again. This adds like ~3 min to the loading time, which is annoying because I'm just starting out so I've been savescumming a lot to see how well different strategies work in particular situations.

These are the mods I'm running:

I poked around here a bit and based on some other threads thought it might be "mod soup". Tried the recommended "mod soup" cleanup procedure, which had no effect. I figured because I had been using RFB earlier that there might have been some weirdness going on there, so I ended up completely uninstalling SH4, cleaning up & compacting registry, deleting the mods folder, redowloading all the mods I was using, and reinstalling them. That didn't help either, so I'm not sure where to go from here- maybe try uninstalling each mod one at a time and seeing if the problem persists? Would appreciate any advice!!

I'm not the expert on this, but your mod order still isn't correct. You gotta be getting some soup action from that order I would think. At least you should put the TMO patch 2nd, after TMO 1.9.

Looks like your save file might have a issue...

i agree with TF, you saved game must be corrupted so to fix it try making a new save (not an updated save but a brand new one)

this should fix it and then you delete the original save that is corrupted but dont delete it yet untill you are sure the new save works correctly
