Default TMO ala BH evasion.

I can say playing tmo BH, its has a learning curve.

I've been having a hard time evading destroyers, which is good. The ijn were submarine hunters. But I'm not getting away with much.

Anyone have good evasion techniques?

I was hoping to have a bit of a discussion about the ways other people like to evade.

I myself have always had good luck with a constant helm method. Up until this mod anyway. I am finding that I'm having to do a very 3 dimensional corkscrew. I just can't seem to lose the destroyers.

If you go up the discussion thread on his mods Trigger Maru Overhauled Update BH V2.0 Release 5/06/2022

https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...d.php?t=250635

it seems to me that it is discuss... I no longer remember or exactly... I go through so many things in review !!!! you will have to read... What I can tell you is very difficult to escape them without
scratches ... the designer of the mod wanted it to be so ... a bit of adrenaline is good especially if you play without an exterior camera ... a little realism ...

It's pretty easy for pacific theater.

In deepwater , after torpedo hit, stop and dive under thermal layer with rig for silent running, then ahead of third running away. Always turn off auto loading torpedo. They will hear you even from above layer than your engine noise.

In shallow water, it's even easier, sink a ship and run flank speed to the wreck, the larger the better, they will have difficulty distinguising you from wreck.wait until they run out of DC.
