GWX 3.0 Radio traffic

Is there a way, or a mod that reduces the amount of radio traffic received?

Once I hit the open ocean, I like to speed things up a bit and use 1024 time compression. However, when I am receiving a message every 30 minutes (game time) this slows things down a bit.
