Need help with radar availability dates

Hi all! Please help out a newb!

I'm trying to make a few mods to my GWX3/WarshipMod installation in an effort to indulge my nerdier side and recreate the Graf Spee as accurately as possible and test my fate in the south Atlantic.

She was the equipped with a Seetakt radar before the war. I need to make radar a standard fitment on the ship or an upgrade available at the start of the game for zero reknown.

The mods that come into play are GWX3.0, The War Ship Mod V3.0, and Wreford-Brown's "mod for U-47's WSM (GWX version)".

The basic.cfg file i have been editing is located at:
gamefolder\MODS\WB's mod for U-47s WSM (GWX 3.0)\MODS\GeI\data\cfg\basic.cfg
This is the file that I have been altering for other tweaks for this project that I have gotten to work.

These are the parts that I have altered in an attempt to get the FuMO22 to appear:

Nothing's coming up ingame. Is there something else I need to change? Or another file like the flotilla file? I had a look but I couldn't find anything obvious in there to change.

I will also need to alter its range. I've no idea where to begin on that!

Just getting it to appear will be a good start! Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!
