Some people claim to have had that experience with GWX. Me, I don't get seasick.

It's the camera's aspect factor. I forget the exact variable name in the camera.dat file, but it effects the camera's perspective. Slightly narrower field of view or make things look more close up. Think of a magnifying lense that rocks back and forth. If you want to try and get people seasick, thats what you fiddle with.

Things might be a little different now that SH5 will be playable in any resolution and widescreen and better graphics.

If not, you can always alt+tab to youtube and watch a disgusting video...

I remember AoTD claimed itself to be so realistic that it would make you seasick.

Mind you, I was impressed when I first saw the rolling waves.

Yeah....was that GXW2.0 or 2.1?

I recall laughing to myself when one of the beta testers first reported the phenomena (being ex merchant navy many years back myself).

I remember booting up the latest beta version a day or two later and wondering.....hang on a minute

SH2 still has IMHO the best rocking thingy of the SH series. In big waves and flank speed it felt awesome to first climb a wave and then come crashing down so that the wave comes just to the edge of the conning tower. Good times.

Not sagging, appear to be pretty firm, ample size. What more could you want?
