deck gun for stormy weather

I ,, I did a ssearch,a nd found 4 threads that say how to make the deck gun operate even in stormy seas, but always that was the mod for GWX 2 or higher,

can it be done in SHIII vanilla too?

Need this tidbit to work on Surcoff, When the weather is slightly bumpy, the fore turrent will not fire, as I replaced the IX's 105 with the Surcouf Turrent.

Jimbuna's all weather guns will work with the stock game also ..

the mod can be found in Jimbuna's mods here also ....
