can't tune radio

I downloaded the Saigon and Tokyo mods for the radio,but I can't seem to tune them in.I must be missing something.I couldn't find theradio config to add the lines to.

I think the file you need to add to is Radio.Ini, not .cfg. Its in the SH4\Data\Sound\Radio folder. If you don't add the info to the .ini the game has no idea that there is a new station.
