Shortcut key F9, F10 and F11 no longer work

Can anyone help me how to get these keys to work again?

Which file should I edit?

I checked there seemed to be nothing wrong with it the keys are still assigned. I'm reinstalling my SH3

reinstalling doesn't help and it seems the game was pointing to my old profile though I reinstalled to a different directory. I'll try cleaning the SH3 folder in documents directory

Edit: And F9,F10 and F11 keys are still not working

If I am not mistaken, those keys stop working when you are using the Hi-Res Fix....

but why would it stop working anyway? Is there a fix to this?

Using the Hi-res fix, the F9, F10 and F11 keys are assigned to ALT+F9, ALT+F10 and ALT+F11 instead.
