And why would anyone think that an apartment manager can tell anyone what they can fly from their vehicle?

From the building, sure, for technically it belongs to the management company. But if any apartment manager told me what I could not could not display from my automobile, I would just shrug and ignore them.

I think the courts would be interested in a case where a landlord is trying to tell citizens what they can display on their private property.

The worst the landlord can do is say that the renters can't park in the apartment parking lot.. but even that might piss off some judge.

Ever heard of punitive damages august?
Very handy when you can show the action amounted to malicious prosecution and it means you can not only sue them for actual damages it means you can really take them to the cleaners to teach them a lesson.

Perhaps you had better stick to talking about constitutional issues that you don't know about rather than simple legal issues that you don't know about August. As at least constitutional issues are more complex so you have more of an excuse for not understanding them.
