I have a question. It seems that EVERY time I write a CD or DVD, and the software runs through a "disc verify" after writing, I get a message stating that there's a disc error and that the disc contents don't match. This happens especially if I'm filling a disc up with lots of files (like almost four gigs worth of ebooks). I have two writers in this computer and it happens in each one. I've also tried buring with two different types of software and I still get the same results. I don't have any problems when writing audio.
The mystery is that when I go to check the files on the disc, after getting this message, the files are all fine and the disc seems fine. Any ideas ? I don't want to take a chance with these files considering that this is an important backup that I'm doing. Is there really a problem or is the software or computer just registering some kind of false positive ? Anyone out there have a clue ?
