How do I get back sub icon on map?

Hi

I have just started playing GXW3 Gold with OLC and Makman Env Mod. How do I get the small sub icon on the map to show where Im at in the world? I play with map contacts off. I only want my own sub icon back but not the enemy ship icons. Also how do I get rid of large green sub indicator on right of screen? 2 things I would like to change. Also when Im using the binoculars and uzo, when i centre a target in view it brings up the ship id and an annoying green arrow head on the target. Can I dissable this as it seems very unrealistic?
