Upgrade to V11c

It is November 1941 and I am driving a VIIb for 2nd flotilla out of Lorient. I have enough renown to upgrade my sub but the only option given is a IXb. How do I get a VIIc?

I'm not at my gaming rig but IIRC if you're using GWX it changes uboat availability to certain flotillas and 2nd flotilla was upgraded to IX's only. Also, SH3Commander has an option for historic availability dates. The issue of no VIIC's is down to either one of those reasons. I can't check. But, you can get a transfer to a flotilla that uses the VIIC, there is a table in the GWX manual that lists the uboats available at each.

If you're not using GWX, try unchecking SH3Commanders historic uboat availability option and you should get the VIIC at Lorient in 2nd Flotilla as per default.

I pretty sure that I think I'm right about being right, but I may be wrong.
