Problem with the graphics and notebook

I have a problem when I am playing SH3 on my notebook. The surface of the sea is being shown incorrectly. I searched on the forum and I found one topic with the similar problem which I have but unfortunately without the solution

My notebook:
HP Compaq 6730s
Pentium DualCore @ 2,00GHz
RAM 4GB
Intel Graphics Media X4500
Win Vista Home 32bit

I have the newest drivers for my graphics card. Does somebody know how to solve this problem?
