[REQ] Hull upgrade for Narwhal

Narwhal 1943 Mare Island upgrade version :

could it be possible to get a Hull upgrade instead of a tower upgrade ?
f.i. at a set date in 1943 the Narwhal gets the hull with the 4 non-reloadable tubes ?

here above is the upgraded hull of the Narwhal with her two non-reloadable fore tubes.

Have you tried copying the method used for the conning tower upgrades? That would be where I would start.
