Crew will not change to rough weather gear

My crew are freezing to death in bad weather but refuse to change into rough weather gear.

Which of my mods is causing this?????

Tried that several times. They still refuse to change.

That happens to me as well. What you have to do is go to F7 screen and drag each member of the watch crew into the submarine then back to the conning tower and then they will wear rain coats.

Jim just pointed out the answer. The 'All-Weather Guns' mod is the problem. The level at which the crew can use guns and the level at which they put on storm gear are tied together. Increase one and you increase the other. Make it so they can use the guns in a hurricane and they won't don their rain gear in that same hurricane.

I love this site. After loading the all weather gun mod had the same problem. Found the answer and now I can tweak the files to find a happy medium. Thanks all.

Setting 12 for the VIIC and 13 for the IXB/C and 14 for the IXD2 is about right

I've set my VIIB to 12 windspeed and rain level to 0.5. Guns are available with 7 knot windseed but crew still getting wet. Using GWX3.0 and all weather gun mod. Anything else causing this? Not a big problem since they are big boys but I'm still curious.
