How to set up a link?

Sometimes somebody posts a link, but instead of giving the full link like www.xyzaffairs.com he wraps it into a word like "here", and when klicking on "here", you get linked.

How do you do that?

Tis easy, just highlight the word here, click the lil link icon

then insert the URL.

I always underline the link too.
