Dive Planes

Okay, so "D" sets the boat to dive...

what button do I use to 'level off' the dive once I achieve the desired depth?
I currently 'yo-yo' by hitting "D", diving to 300ft. and then I hit the 160 ft setting on the gauge and then the "D" again every few minutes just to stay under the thermal layer.

Don't tell me to RTFM because I downloaded the game from STEAM and didn't get a manual of any sort. The downloadable manual I found doesn't actually list the controls, and I didn't even see the DIVE = D in the help menu (F1).
