Hi all,
If you have seen any of my threads in the General Topics area you know that I'm currently on a missile kick. I don't know why for sure other than I like technically complicated things.....a need to understand. I'm currently on the hunt for a MM3 scale model. I have this picture, which I'm told accurately portrays the MM3 colors as it sits in the silo. ![]() Any help would be appreciated. Thank you CB PS As a side note the MM3 is shorter than an F-18E and is 5'6" at its widest diameter. Yet it travels at greater than Mach 22 and at altitudes of 700 miles. Seems like an easy shape for a lathe. It must have more detail at the thrust end I would think.

I have made a bit of progress. Taking the advice of Buddahaid, I have investigated a wood shop to turn the basic shape with a lathe. Even though I gave the shop a diagram it is still prohibitively expensive. $250.00! Crazy!!!
