Neal has always been very adept at anticipating the future. Plus, the current SH4 forum already has an SH5 thread thirty pages long.

What is this recent surge of ppl wondering about SH5? It has been announced ages ago already.

It has never been officially announced that I have seen. And the reason for this "recent" wondering is the new addition of a V in this forums title

And around the time when HAWX was coming out, ubisoft said there will be an fifth game on their very popular series of simulation, only possibility would be Silent Hunter 5.
