Bounty Merchant mod "NOT for war " style players

Pirate/war encounter chance was 30 is now 60.
store buy/sell was margin was 100 is now 60, so now you can play honest merchant captain, buy in one island and sell to another.
Start new game as merchant, normal start money 2000 etc.

Pirate, War, merchant escort, small, medium and large encounters start at normal level but , chance of
encounter is much less.
Bounty ship values adjusted. Bounty is now class 5 ship.

This mod is for merchant trade style players.

This is my Bounty Merchant mod. Thanks to ZarethPL for Bounty Ship mod.
Installation.
This mod is JSGME ready and works best if installed with it.
Download JSGME from here ---- http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/
Place it in main game folder, run it once and let it make a MODS folder.
Unzip Bounty_merchant_COAS.7z to MODS folder . with winzip.
start JSGME and enble Bounty Merchant mod.

You get Bounty merchant ship as your start ship
20.000 piasters start money and trade +20 totem.
Pirate patrol should start at rank 5, patrols are of small size and there should be redused number of them,
War ship patrols should start at rank 10, small size etc.

Smuggler agent in tavern has new text line "I have a problem with Coast Guard Ship."
You need to talk to agent secont time to see it, If you deliver goods to smugglers and coast Guard ship attacks you and you manage to run away and do go to harbor of the same island, now if you try to leave island in your ship, Goast guard ship will be there and attack you., but if you talk to smuggler agent before you leave town, he will fix things with coast guards and you can leave town without problem.

There are "Gentlemen of Luck" pirates that are there even with less than 5 rank . I think that they are not normal patrol pirates.
