GWX3GOLD - How to properly use the English Nav Map and Grid Refs mod

Evening,

I have been wondering how to properly use the English Nav Map and Grid Refs mod for GWX3GOLD.I am assuming this translates all text on the map from German to English,but this is apparently not the case,as its still in German.This is not a HUGE problem,but for obvious reasons I would have liked it in English.
Is there another mod that needs activating with this mod,or anything else I need to be doing?

It only translates the text for certain zoom levels. IIRC if you zoom out then eventually the text turns to English. Zoom back in and it turns to German again. Fairly pointless TBH.

Just one thing,this may sound naive,but what does IIRC stand for?,I see it quite a lot in places

Going back to the mod,only being able to see English text when practically zoomed out to max makes it almost useless,as you cant see any of the minor seas in English.Oh well,no problem.
