Changing ammo numbers??

I installed GWX 3.0 along with the WSM 3.0 beta for it which allows you to control the BB strassbourg, and when i load I have 240 HE rounds....Your not going to sink other battleships with HE rounds....I went into the Basic.cfg file in the original game and in the strassbourgs file in the mods folder and edited the ammo values to AP=240 and I still start the game with 240 HE rounds...is there somwhere else I can modify how much ammo I have ...I dont want to increase the number just change to AP..
